Our philosophy
Amatrice Azienda Agricola & Agriturismo
Local products and select raw materials, with menus that emphasize seasonality and short supply chains. We offer tasting menus, à la carte menus, and fixed menus, with vegetarian and vegan options and seasonal game dishes. Fresh pasta cuts and local classics take center stage: Traditional Amatriciana (STG), recognized by the European Union, according to official regulations, and gnocchi ricci, a dish with ancient origins, handmade with the characteristic "riccio."
