Description of the Experience
The cooking class takes place at the Azienda Agricola & Agriturismo Amatrice and includes a practical lesson led by the farm’s cook.
During the activity, the following will be covered:

- Traditional techniques for preparing Amatriciana
- Guidance on doses and cooking methods
- Historical insights into the origin of the recipe
